Order Processing

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Large  orders and orders placed on weekends or on holidays will be processed within one week.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

• We ship all orders via USPS or UPS ground unless otherwise requested

• Bears Ears Farms is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events beyond our control.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

• Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 (before taxes and after any discounts).

• Orders under $75 will incur a shipping charge calculated at checkout.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

• Bears Ears Farms is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Bears Ears Farms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.

• If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

• If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. While we do not guarantee replacements or refunds, we will review your situation at our sole discretion.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within areas where CBD and hemp-derived products are legal. Orders placed for delivery to restricted areas will be canceled and refunded.
